ORGECI’s consultant brings you his/her expertise to be part of the customer’s team in the following areas:

Project
The project consultant will use internal and or external expertise to define and realize the project as per the customer’s specification, and deliver a finish qualified production line with trained operators.
Most projects are done in cross functional team environment. Actions items are to be performed by each member, and may include training.
It is often done in 4 steps, with the decision to go forward or not at the end of each step.
